Helping overcome professional exploitation, Advocate Web is a nonprofit organization providing information and resources to promote awareness and understanding of the issues involved in the exploitation of persons by trusted helping professionals.

Al-Anon members are people who are worried about someone with a drinking problem. Family members have the opportunity to learn from the experiences of others who have faced similar problems.

Alcoholics Anonymous is an international fellowship of men and women who have had a drinking problem. It is nonprofessional, self-supporting, multiracial, apolitical, and available almost everywhere. There are no age or education requirements. Membership is open to anyone who wants to do something about his or her drinking problem.

Being in Movement focuses on body awareness and empowerment in a number of areas of application, including abuse recovery. By learning how to open and to balance their breathing, muscle tone and posture, abuse survivors can develop a state of calm alertness and compassionate power, which will serve as a foundation for their healing journey.

Documentary film producers, Kathy Barbini and Simon Weinberg produce films that give voice to emerging and cutting-edge social issues, with the intention of motivating discussion, effecting change, and offering new insights and hope for individuals, families, and communities. Big Voice Pictures produced the film, Boys and Men Healing, about the impact that sexual abuse of boys has on both the individual and society, and the importance of healing and speaking out for the male survivors to end the devastating effects.

Bishop Accountability aims to facilitate the accountability of U.S. Catholic bishops under civil, criminal, and canon law.

BARCC provides free, confidential support and services to survivors of sexual violence ages 12 and up and their families and friends. We work with survivors of all genders, and our goal is to empower survivors to heal and seek justice in ways that are meaningful to them. We meet the needs of survivors in crisis and long after, and we also assist them as they navigate the health-care, criminal legal, social service, and school systems.

Breathe Network provides trauma-informed, sliding-scale, holistic healing arts services to survivors of all genders of sexual violence. Healing services include, but are not limited to acupuncture, chiropractic, EMDR, massage, Reiki, yoga, body-inclusive psychotherapy, and color therapy.

Missouri Task Force on Children’s Justice was established by the Children’s Division with a Mission to Benefit and enhance children’s lives by recommending improvement of child abuse and neglect laws, policies, programs, professional education and public awareness, and to provide funding to support these recommendations.

NA is a nonprofit fellowship or society of men and women for whom drugs had become a major problem. We are recovering addicts who meet regularly to help each other stay clean. This is a program of complete abstinence from all drugs. There is only one requirement for membership, the desire to stop using.
