Missy Burton
Bookkeeper
Missy graduated from the University of Utah with a bachelors degree in Marketing in 2003 and from Westminster College with an MBA in 2008. She has over 15 years of experience helping business owners understand financial statements. She has worked in a variety of industries with an emphasis on startups and has a passion for numbers and for helping business their accounting.


TIMOTHY DU VALL-BROWN
Social Media
Timothy is a survivor, educator, and advocate. He manages MenHealing’s social media, focusing on expanding the organization’s reach as a resource for male survivors. Timothy attended his first Weekend of Recovery in 2021 and was so inspired by the joy and resilience of his newfound community that he joined the team!

DAVID EVANOFF
Video Production Manager
David has 25 years experience in music engineering/mixing, post production sound film and TV mixing, radio production and audio production for special events. Recent credits include: TV, Dining with the Dean, Genera- tions Mix Engineer. ADR recording engineer and editor for; Ever-wood, Promised Land and Touched by an Angel.


Eric Jennings
Website & Social Media
Eric has a background in the performing arts and computer graphics. From 2002-2018 he owned and operated a hatha yoga studio in Atlanta, GA. A four-time Weekend of Recovery alumni, Eric credits the workshops with enabling him to make the transition from survivor to thriver. Since Fall 2018 he has been helping MenHealing develop a brand identity, including a new logo and website. Eric writes poetry and lives in Oakland CA.

Sam Katz
Video Producer
Sam is a filmmaker and sexual abuse survivor advocate based in Chicago. He is a master assembler of IKEA furniture (which he fondly refers to as “LEGOs for adults.”) He is a Weekend of Recovery alumnus and the founder of Super Tiny Magnet, a production company that creates intimate documentary films and targeted video content for advocacy and non-profit organizations, educational institutions, and progressive companies. In his hometown of Salt Lake City, he was a member of the video team at The Younique Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to preventing childhood sexual abuse and providing healing resources for female survivors. He co-presented a workshop on video storytelling for male survivors at the 2020 Summit on Community Resilience, Intervention, Prevention, and Training.


JORDAN MASCIANGELO
Creative Director
Jordan has been working in sexual victimization survivor outreach for over 10 years. A three-time Weekend of Recovery alumni, Jordan began telling his story in partnership with the Ontario Police in Canada as part of their inaugural male victimization conference. Jordan continues to garner relationships and opportunities to work with many service and outreach agencies across North America.


TRISHA MASSA
Outreach Coordinator
Trisha has been working with non-profit organizations for many years. She serves as the Community Outreach Coordinator for MenHealing and has a long history with the Weekends of Recovery Program, as she has helped to administratively coordinate the majority of the weekends conducted over the past 17 years.


RICHARD SMITH
WOR Anti-Racism Educator
Richard is a nationally recognized expert on trauma and healing for survivors of interpersonal and systemic violence. Richard has over two decades of experience developing and leading community-based programs. He has helped organizations throughout the country build their capacity to heal and empower BIPOC folks and marginalized communities. He is the founder and lead strategist and anti-racism educator for Richard Smith Speaks LLC.


Jim Struve
LCSW
MenHealing Executive Director
Jim, a founding member of MaleSurvivor, has been a practicing social worker since 1976. He is currently in private practice in Salt Lake City. He has worked with males in a variety of clinical settings: child protective services, residential treatment, in-patient hospitals, community agencies, and outpatient private practice.


Shar Wood
Webmaster
Shar has been designing and maintaining websites and managing social media for 15+ years. She created and manages the MenHealing website. She created and manages websites for several of our team members and other non-profit associations and organizations.
