Laugh. When was the last time you had a good laugh? Laughing is good for the body and good for the soul. In today’s clip Maya Angelou reminds us we must laugh. She says that a sense of humor is in self defense against the cruelties of life. I know when I laugh over a challenging situation it gives me space to engage in a fuller way. It releases some of the tension which stifles my creativity and problem solving abilities.
