2019 Weekend of Recovery Events
Registrations for our up-coming 2019 Weekend of Recovery events remain very active.
Registration for the Advanced WOR - our 75th event - closes at the end of the day on Friday, July 26th. The theme of the 2019 Advanced WOR is “Calming the Conflicts Inside: Tools for Self-Compassion and Healing.” Only a few days remain if you want to join us and register for this exciting and dynamic weekend.
Registration remains open for the 2019 Alta, UT. Level 1 WOR on September 20 - 22nd and the 2019 Hope Springs, OH. Level 1 WOR on October 18 – 20th. Both events are filling quickly so consider registering early if you want to attend.
For a complete roster of WOR events scheduled thru October 2020, check here.
We do not want cost to be a barrier for anyone to attend any of our retreats. 20 - 80% scholarship grants and underwriting discounts are available this year for both triple and double occupancy room selections at all Weekends of Recovery. ALL events have scholarships available; reducing tuition to as low as $160 for the entire weekend.
Video Project Update
As a courtesy, we have recently added closed captioning to the videos in our "Beyond Survival: Voices of Healing" project. As a reminder, here is the link to the videos:
Several new videos are in development and will soon be added to the series.
A special “THANK YOU” to the active response from Alumni and Supporters to our request for your input with the development of the “Did You Know” video that will promote public awareness about male survivors. If you still want to offer your ideas, contact Jim Struve. We hope to have this exciting video ready for release by mid-fall.
